Next reading: not poetry for once!

2008 Reporting from Palestine 1943-44, by Barbara Board. My edition of my mother’s still amazingly topical posthumous manuscript, published by Five Leaves Publications (UK) ISBN 978-1-905512-32-4 is just OUT.  I have quite a few events going to publicise it...

25 April, Librairie du Rivage, rue Aristide Briand, Royan. 6 pm. Talking not only about the book but my trip to Israel and the Palestinian territories last November, to research the background.

27 May. Talking to NUJ members Paris about the book, during our monthly meeting.

22 September at Shakespeare and Co. bookshop, 37, rue de la Bûcherie (across the bridge from Notre Dame) 7 pm...reading and signing and generally talking about the book...

London Launch? Date and venue to be fixed... but not far off now. Maybe this autumn... will keep you posted
